See hairfall is the symptoms and i can undery ur concern as your age is only 32....it may be due to other reasons also....According to Ayurveda it is related to pitta dosha...multiple vitamins may do but due to some extent it require s a complete treatment....Ur Hemoglobin is low it may be the reason...low calcium will be the reason...if u have acidity so something it may be the reason....look for constipation also....i m prescribing some basic medicines but detailed history also required for the same....
