Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  I personally do not know any medicine which can make your cheeks fuller. Having a nutritional diet, keeping your skin hydrated with applying moisturiser everyday will keep your skin healthy and glowing. Have foods with high vitamin e it is very food for skin. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
