Hi, I am 26 year old female and I always feel tired, no strength in bones.
recently I have gone through full body check and found that my levels are not appropriate.
Crp- 6.4 mg/l
Total cholestrol - 226 ng/dl
Testosterone - 11.9 ng/dl
Iron - 15.1 ug/dl
Vitamin d total - 13.25 ng/ml
I want to know what precautions should I take further and is there is any daily supplement which I should take?
