My boyfriend is 22 and about 4 years ago had a kidney transplant. Over the pass 4 months of being with him I have witnessed 2 full body convolutions. He can talk to me and hold my hand but cant stop his body from shaking for about 15 minutes.

please take him to doctor as physical consult is needed for the same. Take him to Internal medicine doctor or psychiatrist
