Frustrated and irritated
Always get frustrated and irritated whenever anyone talks to me. Don't want to talk to anyone. If anyone speaks I get annoyed. Have regular headache. Want to cry without any reason, sometimes feels breathless and increased heartbeat rate. Having continuous suicidal thought. Always planning to suicide.

Definitely a big issue..but it can b cured...nothing to worry mam...life is harsh sometime...what can do...but we should open all the pages of book called life...so donot close the book(life) abruptly...anyways keep smiling...if possible have a councelling session mam
