  4. Frozen shoulder. Do now. please suggest.

Frozen shoulder
My mother has lots of pain in left shoulder and arm, she is unable to move her arm. I consulted with general physician, he told me that she is suffering from frozen shoulder and asked to do exercises. She is doing exercises from 2 3 months and also taking medicine which doc gave. But still there is no relief what should we do now. Please suggest.
