Past 3months my mom is suffering from shoulder pain especially in the nights. Treatment through Ultra Sound and some massage are done for 10 days by physo. Today I took X Ray of cervical spine in that it is written "Degenerative changes in form of marginal anterior osteophytes noted at C4&C5 Vertebrae". what is this disease what is the treatment

Hie.. Your mom is suffering from shoulder pain so ultrasound is Ok to be done but apart from that she needs to undergo shoulder mobilization , some stretchings  to reduce her stiffness n also strengthening exercises which will ultimately benefit her.. Massage alone will not help for long run... And for cervical spine degenerative changes its basically cervical spondylosis.. If you are in Gurgaon, visit us..
