Frothy urine since 1month

Im a 28/M surgeon.i'm noticing frothy urine since 1month(shampoo foam type) .asymptomatic.cue,rft,spot urine protein is normal.my father passed away recently with esrd.so im concerned about it.kimdly help me(diet changes -chia seeds with water,i workout 1hr a day and have atleast 3L of water:to r/o dehydration).kindly help me
