Front Head-tightness
1) Major problem-I have been feeling forehead tightness (Pressure like) since 3 yrs.This head tightness become worse on- studying , mobile screen, smell of spices. I feel (Head tightness+ teary sleepy eyes) on eating - Spicy food, sweet products, Raw onion, banana. 2) All tests Normal - BP, Suger, Urine, Blood cbc, thyroid, Ct PNS, Brain MRI,No gas problem, Vitamin d &B 12, No gas simple Eye tes.Mobile screen trigger a lot. 3)My earlier lifestyle -I was seriously preparing for competitive exams since 2020.I cut all physical activities and Outdoor sports completely.I used to study from Online class  &  Class notes on Mobile PDF all time in a closed room. In  Mar 2023, I started feeling forehead tightness while I was studying. Gradually I started this tightness after eating homemade daily food too. 4) Visited many Neurologist,ENT,& Psychiatrist, but no any releif. What problem I have,still unknown??
