Tightness feeling between eyebrows
When i close my eyes, mostly at night i feel some tightness between my eyebrows. Few days back i travelled almost 1100 km by car without a sunglass and drove all day. Could that be a cause for this. And how long does it take to heal.
I did that road journey 5-6 days back

It might be due fatiquability of eye muscles resulting from having a constant watch on the road.
It's likely to be alright after a sufficient rest .
For immediate relief you can do cold compresses by ice

This is a vague symptom . If it is unassociated with other symptoms like decreased vision or redness and photophobia it is unlikely related to any eye problem . Dehydration could be a cause . Stay hydrated and start using a lubricating eye drop
