Front bridge fall out

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Hello Sir, I fixed front bridge as four teeth's which made by zirconia last year one back.. it's already fell out and I went to dentist fix.. again it seems to fell out.. Am in USA now.. is there any cements I can get to fix that bride when it came out.. please advise how to proceed..

U cant fix that bridge urself. If ur base teeth are strong then only u can fix the bridge if not u cant fix the bridge. Cement used for fixing is gc gold leuting cement
