Front and back chest pain

My age 38 female. Last 2 days i had mild pain front and back .back chest only hurt bit more .applied some ointments but not cure.i have only ZERODOL P nd PANTOCID 20MG .can i take these at a time or should i see doctor.i think this is sprain pain .because some particular place only pain.pls clarify is this muscle pain or gastric pain.pls prescribe some medicines because lockdown peroid doctor consultation is very difficult for me
