From which day ovral L should be taken
I had my periods on 30th May I'm advised to take ovral L but from which day should I take it? Is it a safe tablet to take before one plans for conception?

From.d-2 of period. Yes it doesn't effect conception later on after stopping. In fact it regularises the period so if you have irregular menses, you can conceive better after stopping it.
