Side effects of ovral l tablets

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I was scared of getting pregnant after making out with my partner. I looked up to google and chose to take ovral l tablets as emergency contraceptive. I took 2 tablets under 72hrs of sex followed by 2 tablets after 12 hrs. I puked after 4hrs of taking the pill. I've had nausea for a week now. I also observed tiny blood spotting. My heart races very fast when I wake up. Please tell me what to do now? Am I pregnant or not? It it okay to have these side effects? How long are the side effects gonna last?
