From past 1year I have a bad acid reflux
From past 1 year I'm suffering from bad acid reflux.
If I eat outside food it tends to increase and during this time if I go for motion, instead of motion only gas comes out.
Also, stomach makes noise like churning / cat crying type sound which is audible to the person next to me easily.
Is there a permanent solution to it ?

U need to correct your diet and lifestyle for some months, avoid stress.
