My friend has a welp on his leg and it doesn't look like something bit him. He has this red line *almost like a rash but kinda like a scratch.* Do might have any ideas what it might be? i know its hard to tell without seeing it. The welp is on his calf and the red scratch looking thing is starting from the calf and making its way up the thigh. Its more of an infection.
