Frequently urination
Hi my father is 75 years of age and is having frequent urination with some white color sand like think coming out along with the liquid toilet. This happened 8 years back and again the same happened. Please advice ASAP. thanks you..

Please do A urine culture and sensitivity test, ultrasound of the Abdomen and pelvis and post void residual urine assessment. Uroflowmetry also is useful to make a decision. Tab. Roliten OD 4mg daily might be useful
Next Steps
Allow him to drink plenty of water or fluids in the day. Avoid excess of fluids after 5pm
