My daughter has got uti twice in last 5 months n on further it is found that she has VUR...we have done MCUG test n report says level 3 reflux.

Start syrup.cephalexin 10mg.kg.day
Should divided n two dosage
Suppose her wt s 7kg. Her total dose would b 70mg. U hv divide dose n two. 35mg
If syrup hv strength 50 mg n 5ml give her 3.5ml twice a day. Should b continue
