UTI for 1 month old baby
My paediatric has suggested zifi 50 MG Dry syrup for 1 month old baby (2ml twice a day)
But it is written on internet that it's not safe for children less than 6 months of age
Can you please advice , if it is safe?

For 1 month baby...oral antibiotics should not be used
Only Intravenous antibiotics if....want to give antibiotics. Need evaluation so consult local Pediatrician

If uti is confirmed, better to start IV antibiotics in a 1 month old baby as per the urine cs report
