Seems to be ok as of the history given by u. Since there is discomfort in supra pubic region Urinary Tract infection should be kept in mind. Continue giving plenty of liquids. It would be better if u can get Urine R/E and Culture & Sensitivity test are given after 1 or 2 days. As of now since there is no fever sub clinical infection need not be treated right away. Pls get back after the results for further diagnosis.
Next Steps
I ll suggest you to give plenty of water.
Health Tips
Watch of fever , high coloured urine Maintain significantly good hydration
