Frequent urine passing

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Hi sir/mam My baby is 3 months 15 days old..he is passing urine very frequently like 4 or 5 times per hour...is this normal or should I worry please help... Born weight 3.2 Current weight 7 kg Baby is active Thanks
