Frequent urination, other urinary issues
Symptoms - - Frequent Urination sometimes (started about 3 months ago). Also, sometimes its too much like every hour during evening - Sometimes I feel like I am not able to completely empty urinary bladder - Post-micturition dribbling (from more than 1.5 years) - Urination sensation during ejaculation (from about a year) All urine related tests have been done (urine culture/routine, MRI scan (for prostate size, etc.), blood test) and no problems have been found. And one urologist has suggested following medicines - Urispas 200 mg Tablet (1-0-1 for 3 days) Flotral 10 mg Tablet (1-0-0 for 30 days) Please suggest if I should go ahead and take these medicines? Will they have any side effect that I should be worried about? And are there any precautions that I should take if I take these medicines?

could be chronic pelvic pain syndrome CPPS, needs thorough evaluation and management. Ideally it's better to see a Urologist nearby and follow his advice. Obviously you tend to take multiple opinions and they may not be helpful. just stick to the Urologist who treats you.
