My 3 month old baby is doing urination too frequently.. he is on formula+breastfeed..

Frequent urination in a baby is usually normal
If your baby is active and gaining weight adequately there is nothing to worry about
Make sure you are diluting the formula feed as per the recommendation because too much water in the formula will dilute the feed and could cause increased urination
