First thing would be to check for diabetes and a UTI. It's a common symptom for both of these. If both ruled out start with pelvic floor muscle strengthening and Kegals exercises to perform complete emptying of urine and better control.

You need to check if you are emptying your bladder completely. Do not make haste while urinating. Weak abdominal muscles and pelvic floor muscles can also be the reason.
Next Steps
You need to consult a physiotherapist to rule out these reasons.
Health Tips
Use of Indian style toilet can improve the complete emptying of bladder. Try it.
