Hi I'm 33 years old and unmarried More than 1 year I'm suffering frequent urination problem more than 14 times I will go to washroom for urine and I went and check diabetes and I don't have diabetic and I'm suffering more because of frequent urination I couldn't travel long distance and I avoid to travel long distance trip

It seems you have developed urgency, possibly due to dysfunctional voiding or a high bladder neck. You need to get a uroflowmetry done along with urine routine microscopy and urine culture sensitivity test done.
