Frequent Urination. Done to resolve it?

Hello Doctor I am 32 year old unmarried physically fit man. I am having frequent urination issue from last 2 months. All blood and urine reports are normal. I did USG scan then it also came normal(Prostate size is 19 CC). I consulted urologist then he said it may happen due to overactive bladder, now I am taking Bladmir 50 from last 25 days however I don't feel any improvement and still feel urge to urinate frequently. I noticed few things 1) when I masturbate ( I did only once from last 1 month) then frequent urination problem increases suddenly from next day(urination frequency increases by 3 times) 2)When I do normal lower body exercise at home then also urination frequency increases from next day 3) Even after getting sexually excited  I feel urge to urinate My water intake is also normal. I already did consultation on Practo with 2-3 doctors still I didn't get proper solution. Please let me why I am facing this problem and what can be done to resolve it? Thanks in advance
