Asked for Male, 19 Years

Symptoms : I'm experiencing frequent urination and continuous urge for urination from last 40 days. 1.My post void residue of bladder is normal. 2. Fungus culture urine is negative. 3. Urine culture shows no organism but it has a colony count of >100,000 cfu/ml I've been taking medicines regularly but the issue persists What should I do ? Is there something to be concerned about?
