Frequent urination and dysuria.

I am facing frequent urination and dysuria for the past 2 years. Problem is resolved for 2 to 3 days and sometimes for a week. It reoccurs again and goes after a day or 2. I have done course of multiple antibiotics incuding Doxy and have been treated for UTI as well when it was diagnosed. Situatiin is still the same. Doctor did rectal examination as well few months back and diagnoised it as Prostatitis. I was not able to pass urine today and got the KUB done as suggested by doc. There were stones found within both the kidneys and size is 3 to 4.1mm. I occassionally feel obstruction feeling in penis shaft which goes away on it's own. Doctor has today prescribed me Maxvoid, Urispas and Fosiaz 8mg. I am facing frequent and painful urination since evening. KUB reports are attached. Please suggest what else can be considered.
