Frequent urge to pee
I have been having a frequent urge to pee every half hour or one hour since a couple of days coupled with burning sensation at night. also during peeing I noticed a few drops of blood. the situation became better on it's own in 2 days but then I got down and now it has worsened

You seem to have developed a urine tract infection. It is common at this age. Contact a nephrologist after doing urine routine& microscopy report.
