Frequent poops
My baby is 4 months 3 weeks from last 2 days she is pooping more frequently(5-6 times) in a day. The poop is little bit watery. Is this a reason for concern

Keep a check on number of times the child is passing urine. If the baby is feeding normally, passing adequate urine and on mothers feed. There is nothing to worry
