Frequent nazal conggestion
Sir, I am allergic to temperature change. Due to this i suffers with many sneezing and nasal congestion. I usually takes Levocitrazine and Montelucast tab. Also uses Floresp AZ nasal spray. But from last 4 days i am suffering from frequent nasal congestion 5 to 6 time in a day and also in night. Please prescribe some medicine. Thankyou in advance.

Dear Sir Temperature variations due to seasonal changes makes people sick. This is pretty normal for this season. Is there any fever or associated cough? If not then take 1. Tablet MONTAIR-LC (I have combined Monteleukast and Levocetrizine in same tab) 1tab twice daily x 3 days 2. NASIVION Nasal drops 1-2 drops in each nostril thrice daily x 3 days 3. Lozenges STREPSILS 1 Lozenge to be chewed thrice daily x 3 days Advise: Warm saline gargle 3 times a day Take citrus fruits (eg. Lemons, oranges, Keenu, Mausambi, Pineapple) If fever add Tablet Calpol...SOS

Your medications are fine. Also you may use Karvol Plus in boiled water and inhale the steam. This will help you with the congestion.
