Allergic to dust and sudden temperature
Hi, I have dust allergy and I am also vulnerable to sudden temperature changes. This causes problems while I am asleep as sometimes I wake up in the night with all the symptoms of a cold which usually lasts for an hour or two. I have tried taking care of myself as much as possible by avoiding places with dust and avoiding temperature changes but no matter how hard I try, I can't get rid of it. Can you suggest any medication or lifestyle changes which can help me in the long run? Thanks

Yupp .. just make sure that you try to avoid these dusty areas... precaution is the best thing you can try at first hand. Go for the Allergic skin testing at your nearest path lab. providing facility. In between take off/on antihistaminics when you feel cold / runny nose / allergic symtoms sets in ... Take Histakind-M 1-od... before bed (sos) as per your need... do not take this medication frequent or on regular basis ... Take care
