My son have frequent infections of throat sometimes he did not develop fever but cannot swallow food. Its recurrent. I have advised an ent dr he said its because of adenoids And surgery is needed. Is there any medicine for this?

Medications are according to his symptoms. It’s common in tat age group to get frequent infections. Kindly maintain hygiene of his surroundings too and avoid giving anything cold to him.
