Hello there. I can understand your concern. Many people face this issue. There is only one thing you can really do about ut and that is have food on time. Make a proper time table and have the meals around the same time everyday. Another thing you can do is you can have 5 smaller meals rather than 3 huge meals. Drink plenty of fluids. Best regards.
