Frequent headache and cold

Hi. This is my report. I haven't consulted any doctor yet but i really want to know what exactly I'm facing. Every other day I have cold, allergies, headache which makes me really difficult to function normally. Please help.

You seem to be having chronic rhinosinusitis with deviated nasal septum according to the CT scan report. Treatment involves initial course of steroid nasal sprays and antibiotics. If medicines do not improve your condition then surgery may also be necessary
