Frequent Hamstring Muscle and Groin Pull
I am 25 yo Male , I play semi-pro football almost thrice a week. Every time I play , I either pull my hamstring muscle (right or left , sometimes both) or groin. Though I warm up and stretch before the game. This is ruining my game and I take weeks to recover from injury only to get injured again by pulling these muscles. Kindly provide your valuable feedback here ? Thank you !

Ok,Relax every thing will fall back in place for sure. You find a good physio heal your current injury first later do rehab for 6 weeks. Ask for isokinetic exsercise of hams then multiple angle isometric hamstring exsercise later they can give Theraband resistance exsersice. Parallel treatment would be Dry needling and shochwave.

Towel Hamstring Stretch Lie on the back, supporting the thigh with the hand or with a towel wrapped around it.. Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time.
