Frequent gases
Frequently I have gases problem and sometimes I feel like stomach is full for which I visited one of endoscopist, after doing endoscopy he asked me to take Sonpraz HP for 10 days and ODPEP-D for a month.
Still I am not OK, hence asking.

Good that you have got an endoscopy and it would be really helpfull if you had shared rhe report .
Hopefully you are sufferring from Acid peptic disease .
As for your symptoms please add lifestyle modifications exercise regularly .
Avoid all kinds of spicy food and got a bland diet . Stop consumption of alcohol , coffee tea, all carbonated drinks and smoking .
Avoid sleeping immediately after eating food .
Chew your food properly
