Frequent fever, anemia, redness in bum
Since past three months my son who is 10 months old now is getting ill frequently, atleast once a month or twice, getting high fevers without signs of cough or cold. He has become anemic. His hb is 7 gm despite givig him healthy home made food and clean fruits like banana, orange, carrot, tomato, curd, milk, multigrain daliya, khichdi regularly. I have started giving him iron supplement now from last two weeks. He is teething since last one month. Can there be worms inside his stomach? He recently had vomiting episodes twice same day. And some blackish thread like and sometimes flat things are coming in his poop as well. What to do? Please guide.
