Hi thanks for writing to Practo consult. From your explanation it seems to be nasolacrinal duct block problem. That means the small pipe which connects eye and nose. (Remember when we cry our nose also starts running, its for same reason). Many kids in newborn period have it blocked. Story using tobra drops. Just do massage for removing block. For that you need to either visit doctor or ask DIRECT query on Practo.
