Frequent Diarrhea, Tumours in Body

I have frequent Diarrhoea problem when I eat anything heavy or fatty food and dairy products. I also have tumours on arms legs and upper chest above heart. The problem started after curing Dengue. I was a good athlete. I cant understand why is this happening to me since last 7-8 months.
