I had a normal bowel habit but since 5-6 days after eating anything immediately i get a kind of stomach pain and urge of passing stools , stools are normal .

Hi...., looks like you have developed Irritable bowel syndrome.... Avoid spicy foods, alcohol, chocolate, caffeinated beverages such as coffee and sodas, Eat at regular times. Don't skip meals, and try to eat about the same time each day to help regulate bowel function...., exercise regularly... Increase fibre intake in your diet...Drink plenty of liquids...
