Frequency urination
My age is 29, single. I had spermacetocole removed one month back on left testicle.After 3 days of operation I started getting urine frequency and leakage (sometimes urine or fluid thing) when i cough, laugh, bend. I had all all tests-kidney, prostate, bladder all r normal n urine test is also normal. I don feel pain or burning while urine but feel tickling after and before urinating inside my penis.I dont wake up in nite also to urine but in morning I go every hour. My surgeon says no problem.
