Frenulum broke with pain and bleeding

Hi, I am uncircumcised and have been able to retract my foreskin easily until recently. I started feeling a bit tightness in my frenulum recently and sometimes it started hurting while retracting the foreskin. Last night while having intercourse i the frenulum broke with some blood and lot of pain. Now i am not able to retract my foreskin at all as i feel a lot of pain while trying to do so. Please help.
