My father is a type1 diabetic patient. and has difficultly maintaining optimal blood sugar levels. I was checking abbott website and read about FreeStyle Libre flash glucose monitoring system. Please advise where can this be procured in bangalore or india.
any thoughts on how accurate is this product.

It's a wonderful product for uncontrolled diabetes and Type1 Diabetic patients. I have used it in more than 100 patients with extremely good results. It can help you to fine tune your diet and exercise regime and minimise glycemic variations.

It need not be procured as the facility is usually available at the doctors clinic.
It is not the exact reading which you get in a blood report from the lab but its pretty good enough to know the periods of highs n lows and adjust medications appropriately.
