Free fluid in pod
Due to large solid ovary cyst, my left ovary was removed in the year 2018. Recently , in the month of March I had undergone USG lower abdomen. The impression is F/S/O- RIGHT OVARIAN FEW SMALL FOLLICLES WITH FREE FLUID IN POD, cul-de-sac. What is the indication? Am I again developing cyst in the right ovary?

No small follicles are not cyst these are normal ovarian follicles,free fluid May be because of ovulation.
