Fracture of anterior, posterior walls
Fracture of anterior, posterior walls of right maxillary sinus with hero sinus. Is it necessary for operation. Please suggest me.

All maxillary sinus fractures does not need surgery. Surgery is indicated if you have cosmetic deformity or problems with dental occlusion. Otherwise it can be left alone to heal
