Fracture in my feet
How many days should i required to be in a bed rest with the plaster in my feet ? According to dctor's consultancy i am taking 'osteogem tables' aftr breakfast aftr that i have taken 'RotutipTM-Forte' daily 3 times before meal from 17.05.2017 to 20.05.2017 and 'Numical-60k' weekly one tablet.. Is it good for my fracture ? Or any side effect i may have to suffer with ? Pls help me.

No need for bed rest after fibre cast but that depends on swelling, type of fracture and other things
