Fracture and swelling
Last year I had a fracture in my right foot, the head of 3rd metatarsal got fractured. Also, it got displaced. I had a lot of soft tissue injury as well due to which my right foot appears larger in size as compared to left one. It looks like as if the bone has increased in size. It also hurts when I walk. The injury was so intense that I injured the knee part too. There was a swelling in knee. I used both hot and cold compression but there seems to be a band of tissue near knee which hurts and due to which I cannot do excessive movement. And the right leg also appears thinner below this band of tissue.

There may be some extra bone formed(callus) around fracture site
Please share old xray and details of treatment/surgery that you have taken.
