Hi
Try breast feeding as much as possible, in case it’s insufficient, you need to add formula milk.
But amount of feed your child will need depends on the weight of the baby
And amount of water to be added varies among different options available
It’s usually 20-30ml for one scoop of powder
But make sure to check it on the box regarding that

Health Tips
Make sure to add appropriate amount of water, do not make it diluted or concentrated as per your wish
No replacement for mothers milk , I suggest you to do exclusive breast feeding.

1 scoop of powder+ 30 ml boiled and cooled water.
Mix well serve fresh.
