My 1 month old baby having formula, no breast milk. Will she get immunity power in her body. Due to some reason breast milk production is not sufficient.

1 month is too early to give up on breastfeeding. Please have a positive outlook in your mind that you will be able to feed your baby well. That said, although breast milk is the best for baby, if low production is there, u need to supplement with top feeds. Any amount of breast milk is better than no milk Seek lactation advice from experts Take in person consultation with lactation expert or pediatrician for the same, not video consult!
